ABOUT

You can support a neurospicy family without burning out.

It doesn’t have to be meds or meltdown. Shame or survival. There’s a grounded, root-cause way — and it’s simpler than you’ve been told.

Regulation starts with nourishment, not rules.

Focus crashes, food battles, after-school chaos… they’re not “behavior problems.” They’re often mineral imbalances, gut disruptions, and unmet needs.

You don’t need to be perfect, just present.

This isn’t about strict routines or gold-star parenting.
It’s about finding what works in your house, for your people, in this season.

I'M LORI

A neurodivergent woman, wife, and mom of two neurospicy boys.

I’ve felt the guilt, the overstimulation, the deep frustration of trying everything and still wondering, “Why is this so hard?”

I’m not a coach. Not a doctor.
I’m just a mom who was desperate for better answers — and started finding them.

What I share here isn’t a blueprint.
It’s a breadcrumb trail of what’s worked (and what hasn’t) in our house.

MY STORY

We didn’t land here overnight.

I was first diagnosed with ADHD in my early twenties, but no one explained what that really meant beyond “take this pill.”

Back then, I was the classic overachiever: outspoken, ambitious, always chasing the next thing.

And yet, behind it all?

Perfectionism, impulsivity, addiction cycles, late nights, all-or-nothing energy. I didn’t understand the why behind it all until much later.

After postpartum hit hard, and motherhood magnified every crack in my coping, I reached my breaking point in early 2022. I was snapping, crying, and ready to run away.

My doctor prescribed antidepressants over the phone, no real questions asked. But something in me whispered, “There has to be another way.”

That’s when I discovered the gut-brain axis and Amare. It started with a few products, but what followed was a complete life transformation. Not just in how I felt physically, but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

I learned how gut health, hormones, and ADHD are deeply connected. That I wasn’t broken,  I was burned out. And that healing myself first was the key to helping my family heal too.

Through this process, I realized:

  • My ADHD wasn’t a flaw, it was my superpower once supported.
  • My PMDD wasn’t “crazy hormones”, it was my body screaming for regulation.
  • My son’s meltdowns weren’t “bad behavior”,  they were messages from an overwhelmed nervous system.

Now, our entire family is on this healing journey together. And I’m on a mission to help other moms, especially those juggling neurodivergence, motherhood, and entrepreneurship, find their footing again.

MILLENNIAL CYCLE-BREAKER

We are the first generation trying to end the cycle.

To advocate not only for our kids, but for our past selves, and the generations before us who were misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or dismissed.

We’re creating a new normal, where neurodivergent families are supported, not shamed.

Where moms can heal without hustling harder.

Where “mental health” and “wealth” can finally coexist.

Mission:

I help neurospicy moms trade guilt for grace and chaos for calm(ish), through real talk, humor, and a little Happy Juice.

Vision:

To change the narrative for neurodivergent families everywhere.

Fewer whispers, more laughter.

A world where awareness turns into action, and we all finally feel seen. 💜
