Finding Myself Again
Nov 12, 2025
She disappeared for a bit.
Not because she was lost…
But because she was finally finding herself again.
The Silence Wasn’t Burnout This Time
For the first time in a long time, my silence wasn’t a collapse; it was intentional.
It was a quiet season.
A pause.
A deep remembering of why I started all of this in the first place.
Yes, I built this business for the income, and it gave me more than I ever dreamed of.
But more than that, I built it for freedom.
For my family.
For the ability to choose presence over pressure.
And yet, when I finally hit the goals I used to dream about, $10K months, then triple that, something shifted.
My family needed me more than ever.
And suddenly, I wasn’t chasing numbers anymore… I was chasing peace.
The Pause That Changed Everything
So I paused.
I stopped forcing myself to “push through.”
I stopped trying to perform for an algorithm that didn’t know my story.
At first, it felt terrifying, like everything I had worked so hard for was slipping away.
But over time, I realized that my pause wasn’t an ending.
It was an integration.
I had built something that could hold me through a hard season, the kind of stability that no paycheck could offer.
And that’s when it hit me:
This business wasn’t just about income.
It was about impact.
It was about the quiet moments it allowed me to be present for, the school calls, the appointments, the meltdowns, the hugs.
The real-life moments that used to pull me apart were now the ones pulling me back home to myself.
What Healing Really Looks Like
Healing isn’t pretty.
It’s messy.
It’s saying no to what once defined you.
It’s unclenching your jaw after years of holding it all together.
It’s learning that rest doesn’t mean you’ve failed, it means you’re human.
I used to think my value came from how much I could produce, how much I could achieve, or how many people I could help.
Now I see that my value was never in the doing, it was in the becoming.
This season of stillness gave me something success never could:
Peace of mind.
Presence.
A deeper knowing that I’m right where I’m supposed to be.
Reigniting the Fire, But on My Terms
When my husband’s job was suddenly gone, it hit me all over again, the irony.
The job the world said was “secure” was gone overnight.
The business they said would “never last” was what carried us through.
And in that moment, I felt gratitude like never before.
Gratitude for the girl who said yes to a dream when everyone doubted her.
Gratitude for the seasons that tested me.
Gratitude for the pause that gave me perspective.
Because this, this messy, beautiful, evolving chapter, is what freedom really looks like.
Not a number.
Not a title.
But choice.
The choice to show up differently.
To rebuild with intention.
To lead from experience, not exhaustion.
Maybe It’s Your Turn Too
If I’ve learned anything through all of this, it’s that your story doesn’t have to make sense to anyone but you.
The yes you say today might not change your life tomorrow, but it could save you in a season you don’t even see coming.
Because one small yes can really change everything — for your family, your freedom, and your future. 💜
